TOM MORRIS

Lives and Works: Bristol, United Kingdom

Tom Henry Morris (B.1981) is a self-taught artist with a background in Graphic Design, Creative Direction and Illustration. He lives and works in Bristol — based at Jamaica Street Studios.

Born and raised in southwest England, Tom’s work weaves narratives from an imaginary everyday life. Often characterised by muted colours and rough washy layers of paint, his art is shaped by observation of the day-to-day and a love of storytelling which is rooted in the memories of his small-town upbringing.

Tom has had a highly successful start to his career this year beginning with a sell-out show at Milieu followed by a debut solo exhibition in his hometown of Bristol that drew collectors from both around the UK and overseas. A new collection of work is already underway for 2026 as Tom continues to develop his practice alongside his growing audience.
